Participants at the event will be treated to "backstage" tours of the McDonald's learning organization's facilities and training materials, including a sampling of learning curriculum from classroom instruction and hands-on lab activities to goal-based scenarios and eLearning courses. Following the tours, participants will observe and contribute to a "fishbowl" team meeting, as McDonald's Chief Learning Officer Rob Lauber facilitates a discussion of real-world projects and challenges.
