Caveo CEO to Present at 2016 Center for Talent Reporting Conference

CTR_LogoThe Center for Talent Reporting has invited Caveo Learning CEO Jeff Carpenter to be a featured presenter at its 2016 annual conference in February.

Carpenter will co-present with CTR Executive Director David Vance. The title of their session is, "Running L&D and HR Like a Business to Deliver Measurable Results."

From the session description: "Join Dave and Jeff to learn how to apply standard management principles to L&D and HR. They will argue that we should be held to the same standards as our colleagues in other departments in the company who are expected to produce a business plan (or case) with specific, measurable goals—and once approved, the plan should be executed with discipline to come as close as possible to achieving the agreed-upon plan. Dave and Jeff will also address the important issue of strategic alignment."

The 2016 CTR Annual Conference will be held February 23–25 at Dex Media Hotel and Conference Center in Dallas. The aim of the conference is to increase knowledge and understanding of the measurement, reporting, and management of human capital, with a focus on learning and development.

CTR is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and promoting Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp), aiming to define measures and standards around the reporting of human capital processes. Caveo Learning is currently engaged in the process to earn the very first TDRp Consultancy Accreditation.
