Caveo Teams with Hilton, Microsoft on CTR Conference Sessions

CTR_Logo.jpgCaveo Learning CEO Jeff Carpenter is among the featured presenters at the Center for Talent Reporting's 2017 Annual Conference, February 15–17 in Dallas.

Carpenter and Kimo Kippen, chief learning officer of Hilton Worldwide, are co-presenting "Current Measurement, Reporting, and Management Issues Facing CLOs."

The aim of the fourth annual CTR conference is to increase knowledge and understanding of the measurement, reporting, and management of human capital, with a focus on learning and development. Conference attendees will learn about the latest trends and challenges facing in L&D.

Unlike other L&D conferences, CTR focuses specifically on measurement, reporting, and management. According to conference organizers: "We invite only the top people in the field as speakers and panelists. There are no vendor presentations. Our relatively small size (100–150) better enables you to ask questions and interact with the speakers and other participants."

Early-bird discounted registration is open through December 31, 2016.

A CTR Gold Partner, Caveo Learning is the first and only consultancy to be certified in Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) by CTR. TDRp is an industry-led initiative to bring standards and business discipline to the HR and learning functions, in an effort to align talent development initiatives to organizational objectives and deliver greater value. TDRp provides industry standard measures and reports that enable upfront planning, backend performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
