About the Presenters

Laura Riskus, Director of Learning Consulting, leads strategic initiatives for Caveo’s clients, including organizational restructures, content management strategies, and technical implementations. Her 20 years of experience spans from ERP implementations through leading enterprise-wide change management transformations.

Laura has worked with clients such as Dell, Teradata, and Boeing to implement learning strategy solutions. Laura has managed technology implementations including SAP, content management systems, and Saba Cloud, with focus on the user experience and establishing learning governance. With a passion for process optimization and metrics, Laura develops realistic and measurable solutions. She regularly presents on topics such as change management and learning metrics.

Laura has a B.S. in Journalism from University of Wisconsin, as well as Change Management Certifications from Prosci and APMG.

Molly Fisher, M.Ed., Sr. Instructional Designer, is an accomplished instructional designer with a proven record of designing and creating unique learning solutions. As a professional lifelong learner, Molly designs and develops holistic learning solutions for a variety of clients. She has extensive experience in assessment, design document writing, eLearning development, ILT and virtual ILT material creation, and creating custom designed materials for clients.

Molly has served as the lead designer and developer for clients such as McDonald's, Amazon, and Astellas Pharmaceuticals, working with clients and Subject Matter Experts to capture their unique needs and deliver successful, creative, and innovative training solutions. She additionally provides support through pilot testing and implementing the training solutions in clients' learning management systems to ensure a successful rollout for their learners.

Molly holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Florida.

Paul Powell, PMP, PMO Director, provides oversight and support for the project management team, in addition to managing client projects. Having more than 20 years’ experience in project and program management, his expertise in leading learning projects ensures engagements are completed on time and maintain the high quality our clients have come to expect. Paul has experience managing projects for a wide variety of industries such as oil and gas, higher education, pharma, and life sciences. Paul was the first Project Manager at Caveo to fully implement Caveo’s A2® Process Flow.

Paul holds multiple certifications, including PMP from the Project Management Institute, a Project Management Certificate from Kennesaw State University, and a certificate in Instructional Design and Delivery from Langevin Learning Services. He additionally obtained a Master of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Fine arts from Rutgers University.

Tim Youngman, M.Ed., Director of Learning Architecture, is an accomplished learning professional with a proven record of leading teams to design and develop groundbreaking and award-winning solutions. Tim’s broad skill set includes requirements analysis, consulting, curriculum development, instructional design, project management, and quality assurance. With a focus on the design and development of innovative learning solutions, Tim has completed projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies across industries.

Tim holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston and completed over 70 hours of doctoral studies in instructional technology. He is an active member of ATD St. Louis and is a Gold Member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
