How To Create Focused L&D Programs
For New IT Systems

Building effective training programs for new IT systems and software can be an enormous L&D challenge. The IT landscape is constantly changing, and it can be easy to get lost in the details. But professionals learning new technology don’t need every detail. They need a learning experience that doesn’t waste their time—engaging, focused content that’s lasered in on the job they do, and how the new system makes it easier.

In this webinar, a panel of Caveo experts explore what it takes to build and create L&D programs for new software and systems. We sat down with Eric Quarrell, Development Manager; Barbara Opyt, M.Ed, CPTD, Learning Solutions Architect; Paul Powell, PMP, PMO Director; and Christine Jastrow, New Business Development Director to parse out the unique challenges that come with IT training.

Learn how to address the inherent difficulties of creating engaging training for new software, and how to turn inherent challenges into positives that drive greater efficiency and L&D success for your organization.
